About the book
The ABC’s of Spiritual Warfare is a book that teaches the fundamentals
of spiritual warfare from the standpoint of the Bible. The book creates
awareness for the war, reveals God's will about such a war, identifies
the battlefronts, the weapons and keys as well as our mandates for the
war. The book also outlines the procedure for engaging in spiritual warfare
or what is titled the application of the weapons, keys and other accessories.
Each of the chapters are supported by biblical references and stories.
Sample of the book:
The devil first rebelled against God in heaven and was defeated by
the Angel Michael and other hosts of heaven. He and his angels were thrown
out of heaven down to the Earth.(Rev 12:7-9) Here on the earth, he continues
his onslaught against the creation, hence the Bible warns us in the book
of First Peter 5:8, to be sober and vigilant for our adversary the devil
walketh about seeking whom he may devour. The bible advises us in James
4:7, to draw near unto God and to resist the devil and he will flee. Resistance
is relative and since the Bible attests in the book of Matthew 11;12 that
from the day of John the Baptist up until now the kingdom of God suffereth
violence and the violent taketh it by force, we have no choice but to be
violent in our resistance to the devil.
Comments:
The defeat of the devil in heaven is one of the major wills of God
that Jesus Christ taught his disciples in Matthew 6;10, to pray,"thy kingdom
come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven". Just as Christ was
manifested to destroy the works of the devil, the entire creation is also
waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God (You and I) to continue
in the destruction of the works of the devil.(1John 3:8; Rom. 8:19). There
is no neutral ground in this battle. The Bible states in the book of Joshua
24:15 "And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this
day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that
were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose
land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD"
The only qualification to be enlisted in God's army is to accept Jesus
Christ as your Lord and Savior. Simply pray with me " Jesus Christ come
into my heart and be my Lord and savior, forgive all my sins and clense
me of all unrighteousness. Give me your Holy Spirit to teach me your ways,
I pray in Jesus name Amen" If you prayed this prayer from your heart, I
ask you soldier of the cross to arise and take on the whole armor of God
and take the power that Christ gave when he said to us in Luke 10:19 "
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over
all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you" The
ABC's of Spiritual warfare is a good training kit for you in this battle.

About the Author
Pastor Peter Asike is an ordained minister and teacher by God's grace.
He holds a Bachelor Science Degree in Industrial Physics from former Anambra
State University of Technlogy in Enugu, Nigeria. He also holds a Postgraduate
Diploma in Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, also in Nigeria
and a Master of Science degree in Education and Advanced certificate in
Bilingual Education both fron Long Island University in Brookly, New York.
He currently teaches Physics at New Utrech High School in Brooklyn and
also serves as an assistant pastor at Glory of God Ministries also located
in Brooklyn New York. He and his beloved wife , Pauline, are the proud
parents of three children; Chukwuebuka, Tobechukwu and Chisom, whom they
are bringing up in the fear and promises of God.
